While those candidates who are in PWD (Person With Disability) Category could make use of scribe but no all PWD Candidates. Those candidates who are handicapped with hand, could make use of Scribe but those candidates who are handicapped with leg could not make use of scribe. So, only selected handicapped person will get scribe.
